Ryan and Alisa are excited to help you navigate the Real Estate world. Real estate is their passion. They have been investing in properties since they were married in 1997. The experience they have with buying, selling, renting, and managing rental properties is an asset to their clients. Together, in 2019, they completed the educational courses necessary to become licensed Realtors in the State of Idaho.
As an avid investor, Ryan brings a wealth of knowledge to help build and maintain your investment portfolio. His insight into the investment world is invaluable. He can provide insight every step of the way. His experience will help clients in the day to day of owning and investing in real estate.
Alisa is the driving force behind property showings as well as helping clients with the paperwork and negotiations. She has built a strong relationship with a team of mortgage lenders and title company personnel to serve clients for smooth real estate transactions. Alisa loves being a part of the entire transaction process and seeing a client’s dreams and visions come true.

Together they have three teenagers, two sons and a daughter. They love to be in the great outdoors, camping and boating as a family. Their two cavapoo puppies also bring joy to their lives.
